In Store Shopping: Currently we offer online shopping only for most customers. Our in-store shopping is reserved for private shopping and for students/scholars through our education programs.  For purchase to deliver orders (BOOKshop), we typically use a third-party website (Bookshop.org) to provide our online order and delivery services.

For purchase for delivery orders from in store inventory:  We only ship orders within the United States. When we ship orders delivery dates may vary due to final destination and weather. The charges for for delivery service,  is standard with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other delivery services. 

Refund Policy: Please  note purchased items ON-SITE are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to  safety precautions.  Please review your item prior to submitting your payment.
