 Return / Refund Policy: 

• In Store Purchase: we offer store credit on returns with receipt up to 30 days. All merchandise must be returned to the store before any credit will be applied. 
• Magazines, calendars, journals (and other dated materials), stationery, clothing, cups, sale items, and special orders are not returnable. Tickets and signed books  are not returnable. Self-published and academic titles are also not returnable. A bookseller can help you with specific questions or  concerns. 
• Shipped Items: If books are damaged in shipping or there are defective gift items within thirty days of  purchase, Enda's Booktique will review those items for return within 30 days of the purchase. To initiate a return for web orders, please contact us by  calling 972-499-5229 during regular business hours or by emailing endasbooktique@gmail.com Please provide your order number when you contact us.
• Purchased books on BOOKSHOP Refund Policy:  If a Customer is not satisfied with their purchase from Bookshop.org, the Customer may return such Merchandise within  thirty (30) days for a refund of the purchase price of the Merchandise  plus any applicable taxes to the Customer’s original form of payment.  All Merchandise must be returned in its original condition;  shrink-wrapped Merchandise must be unopened. Shipping fees will not be  refunded. The packing slip in each Customer shipment has specific  instructions for returns, but is not a prepaid shipping label.
